Tenex Legal Advises Paul Hastings Germany on the hire of Nikolaos Paschos from Latham & Watkins, who will lead the Public M&A group. Niko will be joined by Joerg Ruff from GLNS. Niko and Joerg worked together for several years at Latham & Watkins before Joerg moved to Kirkland & Ellis.  The Tenex team was led by Partners Mahmoud Awad and Dylan Teasdale.
